BOOKING POLICY

1. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through the Calendly booking system unless otherwise specified by Novate Group.

2. Advance Payment Requirements
For certain services (e.g., On-Demand Project Support, Coaching, and Consulting), payment in advance is required to secure your booking. Failure to complete payment will result in the booking being unconfirmed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling by Novate Group
Novate Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking when necessary. We will make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible.

4. Unauthorised Bookings
Any unauthorised bookings may be cancelled without notice. In such cases, any associated fees will not be refunded.

5. Complimentary Initial Consultations
A Complimentary Initial Consultation (also referred to as a Discovery Consultation) is limited to one session per customer. Additional consultations beyond the initial session will be charged at £100 per session.

6. Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a £45 cancellation fee.
